The hills were alive with the sound of music once again at the Holmfirth Festival of Folk 2017 in May.
Musica Kirklees were represented brilliantly at a Schools's Concert, Ukulele Jamboree and sensational Samba Workshop.
Ukuleles filled Hollowgate with players of all ages strumming and singing together, and families honed their samba skills at a workshop in the Civic Hall followed by a performance in the Memorial Gardens.
The sun stayed out and there was lots to enjoy in a weekend full of folky family fun.
